Universal Acrylic Sealer is a water-based binder used as a base coat for various substrates before the application of top coats.

Features:

• An exterior priming coat for various cementitious substrates before the application of an acrylic top coat – Roof tiles, Cement Plaster and previously painted cement plaster
• As a base coat on roof tiles to seal pores
• Good bonding and excellent adhesion properties
• Minimal VOC

Colour: Clear

Tintable: Not tintable

Packaging: Available in 1ℓ, 5ℓ, 20ℓ

Practical Spread Rate: 8,7m²/litre @ 17,5 µm DFT (per coat)

VOC Content: Minimal VOC

Cleaning Equipment: Water

Our spreading rate is calculated per coat on a smooth surface.
This is a guide only. The rate will vary depending on the porosity and profile of the substrate.
Tools used and application technique/ method will also have an impact on spreading rate.
