Sites along significant main roads or highways.
Retail node with complementary or competitor retailers

Site Requirements
Sufficient Parking Parking level access.
Road frontage (preferred).
Ample signage.
Delivery access (5-ton trucks).

INCOME TARGET MARKET
Strong middle to upper income. LSM 7, 8, 9 and 10.

CUSTOMERS
Formal Building Contractors. Informal “Bakkie” Contractors.
