A collaboration between Universal Paints Blackheath and Genesis Projects Pty (LTD), responsible for the development, took place in Clarina, Pretoria North. This was a significant undertaking involving the construction of new townhouses – Clarina Lane – situated inside Villa Clari Estate in Clarina, Akasia.
Some of the products used include:- Allcote, in our standard range colour called Basalt was used on the exterior, as well as white Classic Acrylic, low sheen. Allcote, with its beautiful suede finish, was also used in Ice Grey for the interior walls. This interior/exterior, long-life, quality wall paint is highly washable and durable making it great for exterior walls, living rooms, bedrooms, passages and commercial spaces. Roof Acrylic in Charcoal, one of many standard colours, was the choice for the roofs. Uniglo, a water based enamel was used for all the frameworks. All these products mentioned carry a life expectancy of over 10 years.
