Universal Paints Linden undertook a large painting project in Florida, Roodepoort. Carrollwood Village had taken a bit of a beating over the years with our harsh South African climate. Like many residential complexes, the time comes when a complete maintenance overhaul is required. The project was completed in a 3 phase approach with the ultimate result being a brand new, more modern appearance. The cracked and aging walls of the units and the perimeter walls were repaired, primed and then painted with long lasting, quality products. The garages received a fresh coat of paint and new roof paint completed the overall finish.
With products used such as Allcote, Velvet Sheen, UniGlo and different enamels all carrying a 10 year guarantee and a promise to always be able to match the colours used…we are not surprised that Neil, owner of Universal Paints Linden, was awarded the contract.
