At a Casa Grande Body Corporate meeting in December 2021 a proposal to modernise the complex was accepted. The old colour scheme was becoming dated, and the owners approved the investment to completely repaint the complex using a new modern colour combination. To assist with cash-flow the project will be stretched over a 2 year period.

The contractor, “Tony & Son”, based on past experience with the company, was once again entrusted with the project. Tony & Son is a family-owned business that has been providing services in the Mossel Bay area for over 20 years.
