Bangalore Mews, in Sunninghill, was in dire need of a maintenance “make-over”. Our harsh South African climate is not kind to buildings, so maintenance and upkeep of properties and complexes is a constant challenge. Fortunately Universal Paints have a 10 year life expectancy at minimum on the products selected, so with basic upkeep this building will look new for years to come.
Universal Paints Woodmead supplied the paint and the wise choice was to select from the large range of standard colours available, and this is what they chose.
A combination of Sable in our Allcote range, to give an elegant beautiful suede finish and Dune Dust in our Velvet Sheen range, for a beautiful mid sheen finish. Both coatings suitable for interior or exterior walls.
When it came to the steelwork – Silver in High Gloss Enamel was the perfect choice to finish off this large project.
