Universal Paints Boksburg has made great use of their in-store CARES collection bin. Staff, customers and the local community are encourage to drop off donations in the basket and Universal Paints stores donate on their behalf to worthy causes when the bin is full. Soul Outreach Community Upliftment is a non-profit organisation situated in Brakpan and they were delighted to fetch the contents of the basket collected by our Boksburg branch.
The aim of the Universal Paints CARES initiative, which is co-cared for by Hamilton’s Brushware, is to encourage communities to participate in supporting the less fortunate. Importantly, the CARES initiative is not intended to be a self-promoting project by Universal Paints, but rather a Community Cause.
We believe that any donation, large or small, can make a difference in someone’s life. Thank you to everyone who generously donated.
