When Wimpie, owner of Universal Paints Silverlakes and Menlyn, received an invitation to be a sponsor in the KW Edge RED DAY, held at the New Hope School in Ashlea Gardens, Pretoria…he was delighted to be included in this worthy cause under the Universal Paints Cares program.
What a packed full day it was, starting at 8h00 with KW Edge RedDay Team and sponsors gathering for the welcome speech and itinerary. By 9h00 the “Kids” group were off to the field for fun and activities while the “Revamp” group got started with a hands on transformation…painting, assembling walls, laying grass, chalkboards etc. This is where Universal Paints was proud to have sponsored all the paint and brushes to transform a very plain area into a kaleidescope of bright and fun colours in time for the BIG reveal at 13h00. We hope this new environment brings great joy and hope to the children of the school.
